  6. Keylocks (version 1.00) is a dual mode program (both OS/2 and DOS) 
  7. that sets or clears the three shift-lock keys NUM-LOCK, CAPS-LOCK, 
  8. and SCROLL-LOCK.  
  9.  
  10. Simply enter the program name "keylocks" at the command line to learn
  11. more about this program.  The output can be redirected, although you
  12. will have to hit the space bar (or any other key) a few times to 
  13. provide the user input expected when no parameters are provided.
